Since 1976 has worked in administration, leadership preparation, adult education, and fund raising in an overseas seminary and a private U.S. college. As a minister and teacher, has designed programs of study, selected and revised curriculum, and administered numerous bilingual educational opportunities for parishioners.

With Latin American colleagues, formed part of an international organizational commission to prepare the curriculum and course descriptions for a modular post graduate program. Recruited, evaluated, registered applicants, and coordinated the modules in Peru.
1995-97 Director, Alliance Bible Seminary, Lima, Peru
As director of a 200-student seminary in metropolitan Lima, restructured the organization and wrote personnel job descriptions. Served as liaison between the seminary and supporting churches, raised funds for student scholarships and campus improvements. Supervised accreditation process with the Peruvian Department of Education including curriculum revision, student profiles, and documentation.

Coordinated the work groups that prepared the student profiles for the study programs at the Alliance Bible Seminary, which included pastoral theology, multi-cultural ministries, and church music

Served as member of the Academic Commission that prepared the student profiles and course description of the curriculum for the South American module graduate studies program with the administrative center in Quito, Ecuador and extension centers in the participating countries of Columbia, Ecuador, and Peru. As a member of the Board of Directors, we established the operating budget, approved the list of professors, and sought accreditation for the program. I served as recording secretary for the Board
